This recipe is not only delicious as is but is also diverse in its uses! Substitute the ground chicken with any ground meat of your choice, or pre-mix the dry ingredients only to always have some tasty chorizo seasoning ready on hand!
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
3 tbsp vinegar
2 pounds ground chicken
1 tbsp avocado oil
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Once thoroughly combined, add the vinegar and ground meat.
Refrigerate and allow the mixture to marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is recommended).
Once ready to cook, heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the meat to the pan and cook browned, about 8-10 minutes. Use the spatula to mince the meat after cooking before removing from the pan, and enjoy!
