This garlic lemon broccoli is not any ordinary broccoli dish- its' simplicity may be deceiving, but we think you will be pleasantly surprised! Just a little twist goes a long way, and this tasty treat will disappears in minutes! This delicious variation of a fan favorite vegetable goes well with any protein. Spice it up even more with some red pepper flakes if you like a little heat!
INGREDIENTS
8 cups broccoli florets
1 lemon, juiced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
DIRECTIONS
Steam broccoli until tender then drain.
While the broccoli is cooking, combine the juice from the lemon, olive oil, and garlic in a small blender until creamy.
Pour the lemon garlic dressing over the broccoli and toss.
