Pick two days in the week to dedicate to meal prep! Cook in bulk so that you can have your meals already made to set yourself up for a healthy week of eating.
2. Accountability
Not only do you need to hold yourself accountable, you need to be held accountable by others in order to stay on track. You can let your friends and family know you are following a nutrition plan and have them act as your support system.
3. Plan
Once you have meal prepping down, it is important to start planning ahead what you will be eating all day. Knowing what time you are going to eat, and what you are going to eat eliminates the possibility of falling off your plan.
