Stark Naked Kitchen: Beef Stew

https://youtu.be/zhbDdr8cDRc

Join Coach Madison at Stark Naked Kitchen with a quick, easy recipe teaching you how to make beef stew! Only have 30 minutes in the kitchen? This recipe takes 10 minutes for prep and about 20 minutes for cooking, so this is a great staple recipe! Grass fed beef is high in zinc which also helps with immune support.

Here is what you are going to need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs Grass Fed Striploin Steak
  • 4 Medium Potatoes
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 small bunch of green onions
  • 4 medium sized carrots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Any 1-to-1 Gluten Free Baking Flour (Our Preference)
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 16 Fl Oz Vegetable Broth
  • 4 Gluten Free Rolls

Step 1

In a small bowl combine the salt and pepper with the flour. Stir the ingredients together.

Step 2

Use this mixture to cover the striploin steak in a medium sized bowl. Stir the coating to cover the beef.

Step 3

At a medium/high heat add coconut oil to a medium sized sauce pan, coating the bottom of the pan. Add beef to the pan over the heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes so the beef is browned on both sides.

Step 5

Add all of the cut vegetables to a separate medium sized bowl with garlic and add to the pot. Cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 6

Combine water, vegetable broth, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the beef and vegetable mixture. Reduce heat to low and allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables become tender.

Step 7

Toast buns and serve with beef stew!
