Gut-Friendly Strawberry Mule Mocktail

One of the best parts about summering SoCal is enjoying time outside with friends and family! And what better way to cool down after a day in the sun with a nice cold beverage?! This refreshing gut-friendly mocktail is just what you need recover from the heat! Between the summer strawberries and fresh mint you will be sure to love the taste, add in the fact it contains ginger and is void of added sweeteners, and your gut will love it too!

INGREDIENTS
4-6 fresh strawberries, diced
1 sprig fresh mint

1.5 tbsp ginger, grated
1/2 lime, sliced into 3 wedges
12 oz sparkling water
Ice

DIRECTIONS
In a tall glass, drop in the strawberries, mint, and ginger. Muddle well.

Fill the cup 3/4 full with ice, then squeeze in 2 of the lime wedges.

Top with the sparkling water, and stir gently, just enough to distribute the muddled mixture at the bottom.

Garnish with the last lime wedge and enjoy!
