The Metabolic Assessment

Prior to starting your training, all trainees must take the Metabolic Assessment, which is a vital part of our program.This includes a comprehensive blood analysis, lab review, treatment protocol, as well as a DEXA body composition scan and orthopedic assessment featuring an in-depth joint-by-joint exam.

I never realized the importance of combining nutrition, supplementation, and the workouts, that was my biggest struggle. The biggest impact was that I lost an entire closet of clothes, I literally lost 6 inches in my waist, so nothing fit.

Is remote/ online coaching offered?
Yes, we offer virtual coaching sessions as an option for geographical restrains or frequent travelers.

Do I have to complete the Initial Assessment to get personal training?Yes. The quality and precision of your personalized program is based on a number of the factors we uncover in your assessment.

What is the difference between Stark trainers and other gym’s trainers?
There are numerous: our exercise coaches work on delivering the best exercise sessions and are not responsible for sales, plus continuing education is a job requirement that happens year-round. Our exercise coaches also collaborate with the other specialists to make sure your program has the proper continuity.

Can I train 5 or 6 days per week to get results faster?
You can train 5-6 days per week, but it may not translate to faster results. Part of the value of Stark’s personal training is that every component of your customized program is designed to deliver effective results, no extreme measures or over-training needed.

How are programs customized to the individual?
Programs are matched to your life circumstances, your orthopedic status, what you can handle and recover from biologically, what you'll enjoy and adhere to, and a number of other factors we uncover in the initial assessment.

How are results measured?
Depending on the results you're looking for: DEXA (body composition), lab tests, strength and technique in your lifts, sleep scores (total, deep), HRV, Resting Heart Rate, active joint range, etc.
